In the CMS flow, there should be an option to not push out minor updates/ maintenance as in-app notifications.

Is your feature request related to a problem?

Currently, we update the changelog in one place, and it gets pushed to both the website and into the application. Request is that pushing changelog updates to the application should be optional, since some are very minor releases and we ideally shouldn't cause friction to users.
