Add support for all Firefox editions

The script under Linux only shows a single Firefox installation as "Firefox", even when two separate instances (Firefox and Firefox ESR) are installed. When the user agrees to installing the Just the Browser policies on "Firefox", both Firefox and Firefox ESR are affected. That is unexpected behaviour that should not occur.

Experienced on a Linux Mint 22.1 x86 system.

If someone's looking for Firefox Developer Edition support, added it in my fork but for macOS only: https://github.com/gentlecat/just-the-browser/tree/firefox-dev. Not submitting a PR because I don't have other environments set up to implement and test the changes there.

The current position is that the browser configs should apply to all variations of a given browser, so the Firefox config applying to both regular Firefox and Firefox ESR is intended.

The script and documentation could split them up in the future, but that's a lot more complexity. I'm making the assumption that most people looking to avoid AI features/spam/etc in one browser would want the same behavior in other installed copies.
